Komatsuna Greens are a favorite dish on the farm throughout the season. This recipe is very easy and quick to make!
- One Bunch of Komatsuna Greens
- 1 – 2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- Dash of Bragg’s Amino Acids (like soy sauce)
Chop all of the Komatsuna greens, stalks included. In a dry pan lightly brown/roast the sesame seeds on medium heat. Then, add the oil and Komatsuna greens, mix everything together, and saute for 3 to 5 minutes. Enjoy! (Caution: this is an Asian Green so if you’re about to cook with Olive oil and Garlic be aware that those flavors do not get along)
